We are seeking an experienced Head – Digital to lead the organization’s digital transformation agenda, oversee critical digital platforms, and drive the delivery of innovative technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization’s digital strategy and roadmap.
- Lead the development, enhancement, and governance of digital platforms, CRM systems, dashboards, and digital tools.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.
- Manage digital projects, vendors, budgets, performance metrics, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing digital team.
- Establish digital governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor project delivery, KPIs, risks, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Lead platform enhancement initiatives, release management, testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is desirable
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, digital platforms, or technology-driven initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Proven experience leading digital teams and managing external technology vendors.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, data analytics, UX/UI principles, and digital product development.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabis is an advantage
