Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of luxury real estate and hospitality projects from concept to completion.
- Manage architectural design, planning, consultant coordination, and project execution.
- Oversee design development, value engineering, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in real estate development, hospitality, or ultra-luxury projects.
- Strong background in architectural design management and project development.
Preferred Nationalities:
Egyptian, Jordanian, Palestinian, Syrian, or Lebanese.
