We are looking for a seasoned Master Planning leader to lead and scale a high-performing global design function that delivers complex, large-scale developments across multiple regions.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving technical excellence, design governance, operational efficiency, and multidisciplinary collaboration across international offices.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead concept-to-detailed design delivery for large mixed-use, residential, commercial, and giga projects
• Establish master planning standards, governance frameworks, and review protocols
• Manage and mentor multicultural teams across multiple global offices
• Drive BIM-led design delivery and digital transformation initiatives
• Oversee project quality, authority approvals, compliance, and stakeholder management
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, and MEP teams for integrated project delivery
• Support commercial growth, bid strategies, and client engagement at the executive level
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
✔ 18–25+ years of experience within leading engineering consultancy/design firms
✔ Proven track record of leading design functions across multiple regions or offices
✔ Strong exposure to mega and giga projects across the Middle East
✔ Strong client-facing, commercial, and leadership capabilities
✔ Background in Master Planning, Urban Design, or large-scale development projects
