Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Department to lead and manage departmental operations, drive performance, and align team objectives with overall business goals. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, stakeholder management, and experience in reporting, audits, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the department
- Supervise, guide, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals
- Plan and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance
- Handle stakeholder communication, including internal management and external partners
- Oversee preparation of reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for senior management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and controls
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, cost control, and financial planning
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions where required
- Drive process improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience in ERP systems and reporting tools
