We are seeking a Head of Country Management to lead our multi-market strategy, ensuring that our products, services, and customer experiences are optimized across different regions. This is a senior role that will oversee regional operations, market expansion, payment integrations, and customer engagement strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in international market operations, payments, and customer conversion strategies within a global digital business. You will work closely with teams across marketing, CRM, payments, technology, and customer support to adapt our offerings to local markets, improve user acquisition and retention, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion & Localization

Research and analyze customer behaviors, market trends, and regulatory requirements across different regions.

Adapt website content, user experience, and promotional strategies to suit local preferences.

Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to develop tailored engagement campaigns.

Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with local regulations.

2. Localized Promotions & Customer Retention

Define and manage region-specific engagement campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences.

Monitor and mitigate fraud risks while ensuring fair and competitive promotional structures.

Work with customer support and CRM teams to improve communication and engagement strategies per market.

3. Payment & Transaction Optimization

Analyze conversion rates for payment processing in each market and optimize local payment options.

Work with payment providers and financial partners to implement secure and efficient local payment methods.

Reduce transaction failures, improve checkout experiences, and ensure seamless compliance with financial regulations.

4. Conversion Funnel Optimization

Monitor and enhance conversion rates from sign-up to first transaction in each market.

Collaborate with the technology and UX/UI teams to optimize onboarding processes and user journeys.

Implement A/B testing strategies to improve customer acquisition and engagement.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

Track regional market trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations.

Adjust positioning, advertising strategies, and user engagement approaches based on data-driven insights.

Stay informed on regulatory and industry changes that impact operations across different regions.

Who You Are:

5+ years of experience in a senior role related to regional operations, payments, or market expansion within a global digital business.

Strong understanding of localized customer engagement, payment solutions, and regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

Experience working with marketing, CRM, payments, and compliance teams.

Hands-on experience in customer retention, payment optimization, and conversion strategies.

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze key metrics and make performance-based decisions.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with external partners and service providers.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
