About Three Senses

We are considering only candidates with prior experience in candle production (for personal use or brands).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee the entire candle production process.
Develop and implement new candle formulations and concepts.
Create detailed production guidelines and ensure standardization.
Train and manage the production team, ensuring high-quality output.
Monitor stock levels and optimize production resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.
Requirements
Hands-on expertise: pouring candles, mixing pigments, applying labels, packaging products, and tracking supplies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a production team.
Attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and problem-solving mindset.
Experience with fragrance and product innovation is a plus.
