Lead Inflight Excellence: flyadeal is looking for a Head of Cabin Crew. This role gives you the chance to shape the passenger experience, drive commercial success, and lead a large, multi-base cabin crew workforce in Jeddah.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Beyond day to day operations, you will own the end to end management of Cabin Operations, balancing safety, customer experience, and commercial performance. Your decisions will directly influence how our guests feel onboard and how our cabin crew grows and performs.
Safety, Security & Compliance
You will lead with safety as a non negotiable foundation, promote a safety first culture, and ensure all crew members adhere to aviation regulations and internal procedures. Maintaining operational and emergency readiness at all times will also be part of your responsibilities.
Operational Leadership
Oversee crew performance, discipline, and productivity. Drive operational consistency across bases while tracking key KPIs such as on time performance, attendance, reporting compliance, and crew productivity. Anticipate risks and provide proactive solutions.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Embed flyadeal’s warm, friendly, and caring service into every onboard interaction. Ensure a consistently high quality experience aligned with our brand promise, identify passenger pain points, and translate them into actionable service improvements.
People Leadership & Engagement
Lead a diverse cabin crew team through genuine connection and coaching. Drive engagement, well being, and retention via mentoring, clear communication, and performance development. Build a high performance culture where people feel valued and motivated.
Commercial & Financial Management
Direct inflight commercial performance, including onboard sales and ancillary revenue, while managing the P&L of inflight products. Monitor budgets, identify opportunities to boost revenue, and streamline expenses related to catering, uniforms, accommodation, and suppliers.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with third party vendors and partners to meet quality, compliance, and cost standards. Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to align service initiatives with broader business strategy.
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernise cabin systems, reporting, and performance tracking. Foster innovation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement while ensuring documentation and compliance systems operate efficiently.
What You Bring to the Role
We’re looking for a proven leader with deep cabin crew experience and a strategic mindset.
- Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience:
At least 10 years of cabin crew experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior managerial role focused on inflight services.
- Knowledge:
Deep understanding of aviation regulations and cabin crew compliance standards, strong grasp of customer service and hospitality best practices. - Proven Track Record:
Leading large teams across multiple bases, managing operational and commercial performance, budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight.
