About

The Role

You step in as a founding leader. You won’t inherit a system, you’ll be the one creating it. You will run the daily operations and drive our sales strategy. You’ll act as the engine of the company, bridging the gap between closing high‑value deals and ensuring the team delivers flawless work.

What You Will Build & Do Business Development

  • Drive our growth strategy and increase revenue.
  • Target and secure massive clients across the government, corporate, and private sectors.
  • Lock in tight, strategic partnerships with top vendors and tech providers.
  • Lead the room in negotiations and close high‑value deals.

Operations & Company Setup

  • Design the entire workflow from scratch, covering sales, installation, and support.
  • Write the playbook. Establish the SOPs, policies, and performance metrics.
  • Hire and lead an aggressive, high‑performing operational team.
  • Own the project execution from the first handshake to the final sign‑off.

Strategic Leadership

  • Define exactly where we sit in the Qatar security and surveillance market.
  • Strip down competitor strategies and find the gaps we can capitalize on.
  • Build pricing models and service structures that make sense.
  • Push the business hard toward long‑term scalability.
  • Build realistic revenue forecasts and map out cost structures.
  • Guard the bottom line by tracking profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize our resources and ensure we get the most value out of vendor relationships.

What You Bring

  • Heavy, proven experience in business development, operations, or running a business.
  • A deep understanding of (and experience in) security systems, CCTV, ELV, or the broader tech sector is highly preferred.
  • A strong, active network in Qatar. Connections with government or enterprise clients are a massive advantage.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset. You own your outcomes and execute without hand‑holding.
  • The ability to build systems, not just operate within them.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and execution skills.
