Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), creating insightful reports to inform

strategic decision-making

across the organization. Analyze customer behavior throughout the e-commerce journey, uncovering actionable insights to improve conversion rates and revenue. Oversee the design and execution of A/B tests, optimizing various aspects of our visitors’ e-commerce experience and ensuring methodological rigor. Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior and preferences through advanced data analysis, user feedback, and customer journey mapping.
