Purpose
of Role/
Summary:
The Head of AI & ML is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI-driven solutions tailored to the company’s goals and financial brokerage industry. This role involves overseeing AI projects, hiring and
mentoring team members
, optimizing
client satisfaction
and trading environment, enhancing overall business operations. The Head of AI & ML will play a critical role in driving the firm’s AI initiatives and maintaining its competitive edge strategically in the market.
Main
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, lead and hire the AI & ML team within the company Oversee the transformation of our systems with AI & ML from ideation to implementation and ensure
continuous improvement
Craft the strategy and roadmap of the AI / ML for the company to land with the
strategic vision
and mission of the company Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate AI into various business processes Lead data preprocessing efforts, ensuring data quality and reliability for AI applications Oversee the integration of AI solutions into trading platforms and operational systems Research and implement cutting edge AI technologies relevant to the financial sector Communicate with stakeholders about AI projects and their impact on business performance Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards in AI implementations Drive

Duties
Relevant to the role  Required
Skills & Experience:
Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience in designing and implementing AI models Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB Strong expertise in financial sector, data analysis, including market data feeds, order book data, and back testing frameworks Proven ability to lead AI projects from concept to deployment Strong analytical and
problem solving
skills, with a focus on
innovative solutions
Excellent
leadership
,
communication
, and team management abilities  Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector Further Info:
