Merzigo is currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Head of Administrative Affairs to lead our workplace operations and support services at our Istanbul Head Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s facility operations, outsourced service providers, and building systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, proven experience in administrative affairs, and a proactive mindset. Position: Head of Administrative Affairs

Location: Etiler, Istanbul

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire technical management of the company building

Coordinate all technical operations in the garden, pool, and other shared spaces

Manage relations with outsourced service providers such as cleaning, security, transportation, and technical support

Plan and monitor all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities

Organize and supervise services such as internal transportation, drivers, catering, and cleaning

Maintain records of administrative expenses and prepare regular reports

Coordinate official correspondence with relevant internal departments

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance administrative efficiency

Monitor office layout, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance

Lead and evaluate the performance of all teams under administrative affairs

Requirements

Preferably graduated from technical departments of universities (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)

Holds strong technical proficiency in building and facility management

Minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative affairs, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Hands-on experience in overseeing cleaning, catering, pool drivers, gardeners, and technical teams

Proficient in MS Office programs, with strong reporting and documentation skills

Strong skills in planning, coordination, and organization, with a solution-oriented approach

Excellent communication and representation abilities

Resides in Istanbul or is willing to relocate
