Position: Â Head Nurse (Bsc Nursing)

Driving license – UAE – Advantage.
Qualifications/Skills:
Preferred experience in an ICU background or experience caring for long-term ventilated patients.
Preferred knowledge with complex pediatric cases.
Airway background and knowledge.
Experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, and advanced wound care.
IV cannulation skills.
Experience in teaching, tracking staff processes, and clinical abilities.
Experience in a Dubai home care setting – preferred.
240 hours per month, including weekends and potential mid/twilight shifts.
Additionally, we expect the senior nurses to supervise clinical practice of junior staff at the patient’s bedside. This will mean completing 6–12-hour shifts to train and support the team.
Shifts will be 12 hours with 2 days off per week.
Responsibilities:
Covering the clinical on-call phone during doctor off-duty hours. Working closely with the doctors to ensure clinical safety and quality is optimized.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work within amultidisciplinaryteam.
Conducting audits and incident reports. Assisting with data collection and KPI’s.
Directly dealing with customers and addressing complaints.
Additional Responsibilities:
Completing administrative tasks such as incident reports, scheduling management, and supporting logistics team.

Pay:AED 8,000.00 – AED 10,000.00 per month
