The Package:

Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Leadership:
– Provide visionary leadership to the coaching staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
– Develop and implement coaching strategies, policies, and procedures.
2. Coaching Development:
– Mentor, coach, and develop coaches to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
– Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
3. Program Management:
– Oversee coaching programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
– Develop and manage budgets, resources, and logistics.
4. Performance Optimization:
– Analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with coaches, athletes, and support staff to optimize performance.
5. Communication:
– Facilitate effective communication among coaches, athletes, and stakeholders.
– Represent the organization in various forums, promoting its values and mission.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Personal Training certification (Minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent)
Group class certifications
Can speak English fluently
Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
Knowledge of various fitness programs, with exercise regression and progression
Self-motivated
Positive attitude & friendly
Excellent leadership skills & decision making skills
Well presented
