As we expand our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join us and take their career to the next level.
WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST:
Manage and lead a team of real estate agents to drive business success.
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
Handle paperwork, contracts, and documentation to ensure all transactions are completed smoothly.
Oversee real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate, offering expert guidance throughout the process.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
A minimum of bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
A deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and the UAE, including key trends and customer preferences.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of success.
Proficiency in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Confident working in a commission-based environment
Ability to manage a team and provide mentorship and support.
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, local markets, and best practices.
