We re on the hunt for a visionary Head Chef to take the reins of an exciting pre-opening speakeasy-style restaurant in the heart of Downtown Dubai. This is not your average kitchen this is where creativity, elevated flavors, and edgy presentation collide.
Think: bold plates, unfiltered energy, and an experience that s anything but ordinary.
What You ll Do:
As Head Chef, you ll own every aspect of the kitchen from crafting a trendsetting menu to building and inspiring your brigade, while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency at every touchpoint.
You ll lead with passion, precision, and personality shaping the soul of a concept set to make waves in Dubai s F&B scene.
What We re Looking For:
3 5 years experience as Head Chef in high-volume, independent fine dining or upscale casual concepts
Proven leadership in the UAE, with a collaborative and hands-on kitchen style
Flair for creative plating, bold flavors, and on-trend food innovation
Strong command of kitchen operations, P&L, inventory, and cost control
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews & trial shifts
