Job Title: Head Chef (European & Russian Cuisine)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations of a dynamic café in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in European and Russian cuisines, creativity in menu development, and the ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Design and update menus featuring European and Russian dishes
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling
- Control food costs, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
- Strong knowledge of European and Russian cuisine
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
