Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Head Chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine to lead the kitchen operations for our upcoming Lebanese restaurant under Aura Group. This is a pre-opening role, requiring a dynamic professional who can establish kitchen standards, oversee menu development, and ensure authentic Lebanese flavors are delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team during the pre-opening and operational phases.
- Develop and execute authentic Lebanese menus with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control measures.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
- Collaborate with management on menu innovation and seasonal offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef (or senior culinary role) specializing in Lebanese cuisine.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a pre-opening environment.
- Must be currently available in Qatar with a valid NOC
. - Immediate availability preferred.
