SALES DEPARTMENT DUTIES:
Scheduling Initial Inspection
Key collection
Coordination with the owners regarding the connections
Following up with owners with anything related to budget or furnishing
Organizing and managing retention calls for Sales
Coordination regarding key handover
Any assistance to Sales Team needed
Coordinate with owners to send to building security for inspection
Ensure smooth access of inspectors during time of inspection
Assistance regarding contracts from Sales to FP Support Team
ONBOARDING DEPARTMENT DUTIES
Registration of DET Permits (DLD, and Manual)
Receiving call from direct office landline number (guest, owner etc.) transferring to the right department.
Receiving walk in clients and owners
Serving coffee/tea to any walk in client
Drivers schedule/task
New Insurance application for all onboarding properties
Utility connection for the new properties
Sending email to operations from property handover to Tecom
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
