The Role:

• Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods

• You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of cocktails and beverages and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
• Keeps abreast of newest trends and innovations in cocktails and beverages
• Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training
• Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
