Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the coffee bar.
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, matcha, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Train, coach, and motivate the barista team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other supplies.
- Ensure all coffee equipment is clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Support the development of new beverages and continuously improve coffee bar operations.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining cost control.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
