Position: Head Barista
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee operations and ensure the highest standards of beverage quality across our branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily coffee operations and maintain high beverage quality standards.
- Develop and improve the coffee and beverage menu, including seasonal drinks and specialty items.
- Train and guide baristas to ensure consistency in preparation, presentation, and service.
- Conduct regular visits to different branches to monitor coffee quality, equipment usage, and staff performance.
- Ensure all coffee preparation follows company standards and recipes.
- Work closely with management on menu innovation and product development.
- Monitor coffee bean quality, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso calibration, and latte art.
- Experience in menu development and beverage innovation.
- Ability to train and supervise barista teams.
- Must be willing to visit branches regularly to ensure quality control.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car for branch visits.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
