We are looking for a responsible and experienced Head Barista to lead and oversee the coffee bar operations at Teta’s Tables.
This role is ideal for someone who understands coffee, drinks, daily bar operations, quality control, inventory, and team management, while also being hands-on during service.
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as the person in charge of the coffee bar
• Overseeing bar inventory and stock control
• Ensuring drinks and formulations are prepared properly and consistently
• Monitoring expiration dates and product freshness
• Scheduling and supervising the barista team
• Ensuring packaging standards are properly followed
• Supporting menu development by giving input on drinks to add, remove, or improve
• Maintaining drink quality control across all orders
• Controlling wastage and managing drink batches efficiently
• Ensuring bar cleanliness, organization, and readiness before and during service
• Training and guiding baristas on standards, recipes, and workflow
• Supporting daily bar operations in an operational manager capacity
We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of leading a team while maintaining high standards, consistency, and efficiency.
