Responsibilities

Supervise daily baking operations, ensuring the production of top-quality baked goods.

Develop, refine, and test new recipes to enhance the bakery’s product selection.

Lead, train, and mentor bakers and pastry chefs to uphold consistency and excellence.

Monitor inventory levels, placing timely orders to prevent shortages or waste.

Enforce strict adherence tofood safetyand hygiene regulations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery workspace.

Collaborate with management to design and implement seasonal menus and special events.

Gather and respond to customer feedback, continuously improving products and service.

Oversee cost control measures, optimizing ingredient use without compromising quality.

Stay updated on industry trends and introduceinnovativetechniques or ingredients.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a Head Baker or in a similarleadershiprole.

Expertise in baking techniques, ingredient functions, andmodernequipment.

Ability to develop and tailor recipes to meet evolving customer preferences.

Strongleadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills in afast-paced environment.

Keenattention to detailwith a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Thorough knowledge offood safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.

Willingness to workflexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Business acumen to assist in cost control, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements.

Passion for baking and a continuous drive for creativity and excellence.
