JobPurpose:
The Head Baker is responsible for leading the bakery team to produce high-quality baked goods while maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves creating recipes, managing inventory, ensuringfood safetystandards, and supervising bakery staff. The ideal candidate combines expertise in baking with strongleadershipand organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a high-volume bakery.
Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Strongleadershipand team management abilities.
Excellent organizational andmultitaskingskills.
Attention to detailwith a passion for high-quality products.
Knowledge offood safetyregulations and best practices.
