Description
Processing and resolving daily client requests efficiently while maintaining excellent service for H&B clients. Collaborating with different H&B functions to ensure client satisfaction.
The Role
Process daily additions/deletions requests
Follow agreed TAT (Turnaround time)
Collaborate with H&B departments to maintain process efficiency
Respond to inquiries from departments, clients, and insurers
Participate in Monthly Admin Meetings with clients and insurers
Prepare daily production reports
Support renewals process, ensuring member uploads to CHI
Monitor group email daily and respond to requests
Ensure collection and completion of required documents from clients
Implement and maintain compliance processes according to the H&B Excellence Model
Ensure compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures, adhering to the Excellence Framework
Qualifications
The Requirements
IFCE certified
2-5 years of experience in Health & Benefits operations
Ability to work under high pressure
Collaborative team player
Well-organized with good time management
High responsiveness to clients and colleagues
Skills
Experience managing high volume client requests
Fluent in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong time management and document organization skills
Integrity and credibility in representing WTW
