Profession Handyman City Ajman United Arab Emirates. We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Handyman you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full‑time position with a salary of USD 1,300 per month.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on equipment such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, etc.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide solutions to resolve them.
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and accurately to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance work.
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate tasks and schedules.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Handyman or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if needed.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques as required by the job.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability for occasional overtime or emergency calls if needed.
