We are a property management company based in Doha, Qatar, seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on residential properties.
- Perform repairs and fix any issues that arise such as leaky faucets or broken appliances.
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed.
- Handle basic carpentry tasks such as installing shelves or repairing furniture.
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues such as faulty wiring or malfunctioning light fixtures.
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and pipes as needed.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a handyman in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other general handyman tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure all repairs are done correctly the first time.
- Good physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects or climbing ladders.
