Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel front desk. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage a team to provide excellent guest service. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk, managing guest relations, and leading a team of front office staff.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest services.
Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to provide excellent customer service.
Ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly.
Manage guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Monitor and maintain front office systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
Oversee room availability, occupancy levels, and room assignments.
Handle administrative duties, including reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
Ensure the hotel’s front office is properly staffed at all times, including managing shift schedules.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros, etc.) and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Fluent in [Languages], additional languages are a plus.

Preferred:

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
Familiarity with revenue management and front office operations analytics.
Certification in hospitality management or customer service training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month
