The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Hall Administrator to be the "captain of the floor." This is not a desk job. You will be the central point of contact for our customers, food vendors, and support staff, ensuring the entire dining hall operates at the highest standard from open to close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Floor Operations: Actively supervise the dining hall, managing customer flow, ensuring table turnover is efficient, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Hygiene & Presentation: Oversee the cleaning team to guarantee that all common areas, tables, and facilities are kept spotless in real-time, consistently meeting Dubai Municipality standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Serve as the first point of contact for our food stall partners regarding daily operational needs, immediate maintenance issues, and compliance with hall policies.
- Customer Experience: Proactively engage with guests, handle any inquiries or complaints with professionalism and speed, and gather feedback to improve service.
- Team Supervision: Manage and direct floor staff, including cleaners and bussers, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively.
- Reporting: Conduct daily inspections and report any maintenance, safety, or operational issues to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B Operations, Mall Management, or Hospitality (e.g., Food Court Supervisor, Restaurant Duty Manager, or Banquets Supervisor).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a small team of support staff.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety/hygiene standards is essential.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Personality: You are a natural problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail. You remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business needs.
