Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Hairdresser with specialized expertise in advanced hair care treatments. The ideal candidate will do more than cut and style; you will analyze hair and scalp health, perform specialized reparative treatments (e.g., keratin, botox, scalp exfoliation), and expertly educate clients on at-home maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hair Care & Treatments
- Conduct in-depth hair and scalp analysis to determine the client’s hair type, texture, and structural integrity.
- Recommend and perform customized hair and scalp treatments, including keratin smoothing, deep conditioning, protein/moisture therapies, and anti-hair fall/anti-dandruff treatments.
- Correctly handle and mix chemical treatments, ensuring hair integrity is protected during coloring, perming, or straightening.
- Advise clients on when to seek professional dermatological or trichological care for chronic scalp conditions
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years as a professional Hairdresser or Stylist, with proven expertise in hair care treatments.
- Education: Valid Cosmetology or Hairdressing License/Certification from a recognized institution.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of hair chemistry, including pH levels, ingredients (sulfate-free, keratin-safe, etc.), and treatment efficacy.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to build long-term client relationships
