Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist/Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair while providing exceptional customer service. The candidate should stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Perform haircuts, trimming, and styling for men, women, and children.
- Provide hair coloring, highlighting, balayage, bleaching, toning, and color correction services.
- Perform hair treatments such as keratin, protein, botox, smoothening, rebonding, and deep conditioning.
- Shampoo, condition, and blow-dry clients’ hair.
- Recommend and promote salon hair care products and services.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about current hairstyle trends, products, and industry techniques.
- Follow all salon safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
