Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at Boo Boo Laand in Dubai. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends. They will also oversee branding initiatives, promotional activities, and social media presence to drive engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the events and entertainment industry.
Proven experience in event promotion, digital marketing, and social media management.
Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, including trends in live events, performances, festivals, or experiential marketing.
Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing software, etc.).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with influencer marketing and working with talent.
Knowledge of ticketing platforms and event registration tools.
Familiarity with video production and content creation for digital platforms.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of creativity.
Work Environment:
This role involves working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
The position may require occasional weekend and evening hours, especially during major events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
