Responsibilities:
Supervise and deliver smart home system integration projects (KNX, Lutron, Control4, AV, CCTV, Wi-Fi).
Manage communications with clients, contractors, and engineers across all project phases.
Develop technical documentation and take part in design processes.
Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Conduct on-site inspections and ensure adherence to technical standards.
Solve operational issues as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects in engineering systems, smart home technologies, or low-voltage systems.
Higher technical education.
Fluent in English (C+ level) and native-level Russian is mandatory.
Currently based in Dubai or ready for immediate relocation.
Previous experience in international projects is a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project or similar project management tools.
UAE driver’s license.
Conditions:
Salary: from 8,000 AED + project-based bonuses.
Probation period: 3-6 months.
