Appointment Management:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently.
Maintain a daily booking calendar and assign beauticians accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:
Greet and assist clients with queries regarding services, pricing, and promotions.
Follow up with customers for feedback and reviews.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Sales & Upselling:
Inform customers about new services, packages, and discounts.
Upsell relevant beauty services and products based on customer preferences.
Social Media & Marketing Assistance:
Respond to inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Assist in running promotional campaigns and offers.
Inventory Management Responsibilities:
Stock Monitoring:
Maintain a record of beauty products, tools, and consumables.
Track product usage and ensure adequate stock levels.
Ordering & Restocking:
Place orders with suppliers before stock runs out.
Compare prices and negotiate for cost-effective purchases.
Product Expiry & Quality Check:
Regularly check the expiry dates of beauty products.
Ensure tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
Cost Control & Budgeting:
Maintain records of purchases and stock expenses.
Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Basic knowledge of beauty and salon products/services
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory management software
✅ Ability to multitask and stay organized
✅ Prior experience in a similar role (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
