Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in site supervision and coordination, specifically within the Joinery/Fit-out industry, ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Supervise and guide the on-site team, ensuring all work adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
Monitor work progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed on-site.
Review and interpret technical drawings and plans, ensuring all work complies with project requirements.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material usage, and labor hours.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer within the Joinery/Fit-out industry.
Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and construction techniques.
Proven experience in site supervision and coordination of projects.
Ability to read and interpret design blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
Requirements:
Interior design industry experience is mandatory.
