Job Title: PRO (Public Relations Officer)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle government-related processes and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations. The PRO will be responsible for managing documentation and approvals for visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labour contracts, company licenses, and other government transactions. Strong knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Process visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees
Handle company trade license renewals and amendments
Coordinate with government authorities (MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality)
Maintain and update employee records as required by UAE law
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Support with official company documentation and translation needs
Qualifications:
Proven experience in PRO or government relations roles in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
Attention to detail and organizational skills
