About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Assembly and Installation Technician to lead the setup of our heavy-duty commercial fitness equipment. This role requires precision, mechanical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring every machine operates flawlessly upon handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, install, and calibrate premium commercial gym equipment at client sites (commercial gyms, hotel fitness centers, private residences).
Read and interpret technical manufacturing blueprints and assembly manuals to ensure exacting standards are met.
Conduct final safety, structural, and biomechanical checks on all plate-loaded and selectorized machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide on-site repairs or maintenance as needed.
Educate clients on the proper use and basic maintenance of their new equipment.
Requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience assembling and installing heavy commercial equipment from major global gym machine brands.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to lift heavy components and work in physically demanding environments.
Valid Driver’s License is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
