As a Guest Services Lobby Host you will maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment. Monitor guest flow and ensure smooth traffic in the lobby area. Help manage queues or waiting areas, keeping guests informed and comfortable. Provide general information about the building, services, or surrounding area. Answer guest questions or direct them to appropriate contacts. Assist with minor requests like booking taxis, printing documents, or accessing Wi-Fi.

Coordinate with reception, concierge, and security teams to support

guest needs

. Alert the appropriate staff of arriving guests or VIPs. Present a polished, professional image at all times. Stay alert, courteous, and helpful, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests

International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating

adaptability

to a range of cultures and environments

Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent English
