Responsibilities
Provide the best possible service to customers while performing all the required functions to safely operate all attractions.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with issues and questions.
Daily inspection to check for any malfunctions before opening to the public.
Identify and escalate any repairs to the Operations Manager promptly.
Follow safety procedures all the time.
Educate customers about the policies and protocols that they need to follow during their stay at the facility.
Respond to emergencies effectively and report any accidents to the Operations Manager promptly.
Act as a Party Host for a special event including set-up, clean-up, entertaining customers, and meeting any additional needs as requested.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager
