Guest Services Coordinator – Events Industry Jobs in Doha, Qatar at NATIONAL GROUP

Responsibilities:

Make hotel reservations for event attendees and guests.

Book tickets (airlines, trains, etc.) and manage transportation arrangements.

Coordinate travel schedules and ensure a seamless experience for guests.

Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency, specifically in hotel and ticket bookings.

Well-groomed, professional appearance, and excellentcommunication skills.

Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Knowledge of booking platforms and travel logistics is essential.

Job Type:Full-time

Pay:QAR3,000.00 – QAR3,500.00 per month
