As a Guest Service Officer – Reservations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by handling guest reservations with accuracy, efficiency, and care. You will create a seamless booking experience, respond to guest inquiries, and work closely with hotel teams to ensure every stay begins with a personalized touch.

Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management

Excellent English communications on both verbal and writing skills

Well versed with Opera system are beneficial.

Language Preference: Arabic Speaker
