A largest Health club located in Doha – Qatar needs to hire the following position:

Guest Service Manager (Female)
Job Description:
Providing help & advice to customers using the club’s services.
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
Investigating & solving customer problems.
Handling customer complaints or any major incidents.
Writing reports analyzing the customer service that the club provides and advising.
Developing feedback or complaints procedures for members & guests to use.
Improving customer service procedures, policies & standards for the club.
Learning about the club services and keeping up to date with changes, packages, and promotions.
Keeping ahead of developments in customer service.
Conducting visitors & potential members around the club to show them the club’s facilities.
Customer relations management.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in the same position.
Candidate with experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage.
Excellent management andleadershipskills.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
