Position: Guest Service Agent – Front Desk Expert (Saudi National)
Rotana Hotels in Jeddah is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Agent to deliver professional, guest-focused service at the Front Office. You will be the first and last touchpoint for guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
You will handle check-ins/check-outs, sell rooms to walk-ins, manage cash and foreign currencies, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations. Fluency in English and an additional language, hospitality degree, and Opera experience are highly valued.
