The Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by ensuring that all guests are enjoying a positive and memorable Red Sea Global Hospitality experience.
The Guest Service Agent is a key representative of our resort and the Red Sea Global Hospitality brand. He or she creates one of the most powerful first impressions to our guests. Red Sea Global Hospitality Guest Service Agent all have a friendly and outgoing personality and are genuinely interested in meeting and serving new guests from all over the world. The position necessitates being the ‘go to person’ for all guests, all interactions are performed with the utmost finesse, politeness, efficiency, friendliness and professionalism.
