Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. Use your elevated emotional intelligence to create personalized and memorable experiences that will excite and delight guests. Provide a high standard of service to all hotel guests with your luxury attitude, specifically anticipating and proactively attending to guest requests and event/activity bookings. Coordinate group arrivals (including welcome), departures, and check-ins, and assist with activities during their stay.
Ensure
professionalism
and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure.
Qualifications:
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Â Previous hotel front office reception experience preferable. Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills. Excellent
communication
, interpersonal, and time management skills. A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team. Previous experience with Opera desirable but not essential. Â Additional Information: Â
