Job Description – Female Guest Service Agent

Location: Jannah Burj Al Sarab Hotel, Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

• Manage guest reservations, inquiries, and requests professionally.

• Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

• Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a 4 or 5-star hotel as a Guest Service Agent or similar role.

• Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).

• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).

• Appearance: Professional grooming and presentation.

• Availability: Must be available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 – AED2,200.00 per month
