Cinemas, Dining, Hospitality, Theater, Liver Performances, Events.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostess located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key responsibilities include managing reservations, unparalleled customer service, coordinating with team members to address guest needs, and ensuring the venue is presented to high hospitality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities,
Minimum 2-3 languages needed (Arabic/other language fluency preferred & English fluency is a must) - Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills
- Ability to work in team-oriented environment
- 3-4 years Previous experience in hospitality, event hosting, or customer service roles is necessary
