Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company or manager.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads from different sources such as cold calling, databases, or referrals.
Record Keeping: Update and maintain customer information, interactions, and sales in the company’s CRM system.
Follow-ups: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase to encourage conversions.
Handling Customer Objections: Address customer objections and concerns effectively, providing solutions that meet their needs.
Closing Sales: Successfully close sales by guiding the customer through the buying process and completing necessary documentation.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and customer feedback to supervisors or managers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
