As Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to
Takes genuine care of all guests and handle guest complaints, concerns, or feedback,
Ensures that all guests enjoys the best possible hotel experience,
Provides help and assistance to all guests.
We are looking for someone who;
Takes pride in being a hotelier,
Loves to interact with guests and customers,
Communicates and writes with fluency in English & Arabic as well as the local language,
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions,
Preferably possesses luxury experience in an international hotel,
Has strong interpersonal skills.
