Job Description
Supports the Guest Experience Manager and ensures Korean speaking and VIP guests’ experience meets expectations from pre-arrival to departure.
Prepares for the Korean speaking arrivals and takes care of the special arrangements/requests.
Facilitates the in-room check-in of Korean speaking guests and guests with transfer-in.
Monitors Korean speaking arrivals, in-house and departures, and offers assistance throughout their stay.
Qualifications
Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
Fluency in Korean language (reading, writing and speaking). Knowledge of Korean culture and customs is an asset.
Service-oriented with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
