Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Management – Oversee the entire guest journey, ensuring outstanding service.
Service Quality & Feedback – Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback, and implement improvements.
VIP & Loyalty Management – Personalize experiences for VIPs and loyalty program members.
Complaint Resolution – Handle guest concerns professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Event Coordination – Manage special occasions and tailored experiences.
Team Training & Leadership – Guide and train staff to maintain high service standards.
Reporting & Improvement – Analyze guest feedback and collaborate on service enhancements.
Requirements:
✔ Experience as a Guest Relations Manager in luxury hospitality mainly Restaurants.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Fluency in English & Arabic.
✔ Currently in Saudi Arabia (locally available).
✔ Ready to join immediately.
