Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel at home and valued from the moment they arrive at the compound.
- Introduce guests to the compound’s facilities, providing them with essential information about amenities and services available to enhance their stay.
- Answer basic questions from guests regarding the compound and local attractions, ensuring they have the information needed to make the most of their visit.
- Conduct property tours for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the compound while highlighting unique selling points.
- Assist in managing guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.
- Maintain a friendly and presentable appearance to reflect the high standards of our compound and create a positive impression on guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to address guest needs promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills and hospitality knowledge, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management regarding guest experiences and potential improvements to services offered.
